• Members will maintain and encourage, through advocacy and example, a wholly professional attitude and the highest standards of integrity in the conduct of their business activities.

• Members will uphold the principles of the Association and not commit acts discreditable to the Association, nor will they condone unethical or illegal conduct by other members.

• Members shall strive for professional growth in the arena of Recruiting.

• Members shall promote fair and equitable treatment of all candidates, clients and colleagues.

• Members shall refrain from using their official position, either regular or volunteer, to secure special privilege, gain or benefit for themselves.

Member’s representations made to applicants about the duties, terms, offers, and probable length of employment, shall be truthful, accurate and not misleading to the best of their knowledge.

Members will support the Association's goals and objectives for the development of the technical recruiting profession.

Members shall refrain from deceptive advertising practices.

Members shall not violate the confidential nature of the client/candidate relationship by improperly disclosing confidential information.

Members will use their best efforts to uphold all laws and regulations relating to the profession.
